The Nasdaq Index closes the session very strongly up at 2.05%
At the end of the last transactions, the flagship index of the US technology exchange rises by 2.05% to 13893.84 points.
The trading session was not very active with a trading volume of 220.42 billion dollars. 1,256.18 million shares were traded. 82 stocks finished in the green and 17 were down.
The best performance of the day was attributed to DocuSign with 9.45% to 95.51 dollars. In second place on the podium, Okta closed the session at 174.5 dollars, up 8.3%, followed by Pinduoduo at 42.6 dollars (8.2%).
At the bottom of the pack is PACCAR. The share ends the trading session down -1.77% to 88.67 dollars. O’Reilly Automotive and Micron Technology are also lagging behind.
